Shannon Lei

Shannon Lei started at Sagefox in the Winter of 2023. She enjoys talking about all things data to tell a good story. She believes that data is a powerful tool that can be used to improve educational systems and outcomes. Before joining Sagefox, Shannon worked as a data manager in a local education agency, where she cultivated a data-informed culture from the senior leadership level to the teacher level. Her contribution was informed by her participation in a formative evaluation of networks for school improvement utilizing continuous improvement science. She brings her experience and expertise in data management, analysis, and visualization to the Sagefox team.
